Entry Form: 2024 Miss Chick Entry Form

Early applicants will receive a discounted entry fee of $5.00 payable by the sponsor or contestant. The early application deadline for entries will be May 15, 2024. After this date contestants will be subject to a $10.00 entrance fee. Final deadline for entries is May 26, 2024.

Judging Criteria: 

1) Appearance - 25%

2) Community involvement - 25% 

3) Poise, ability to speak, platform presence - 25% 

4) Personal Interview - 25%  

Prizes: 

1st Place- Miss Chick- $1,000.00, flowers, crown and plaque. 

First Runner Up- $400.00, flowers, and plaque. 

Second Runner Up- $200.00, flowers and plaque. 

Miss Chick and Court will receive half their cash and prizes at Poultry Days 2024 and the remainder once they have fulfilled their obligations at the following year's festival.

Grand Parade: Miss Chick Contestants are invited to be in the parade Saturday, June 15th at 11:00 a.m. Each contestant will need to supply her own transportation and identification signs for the parade. Miss Chick and Court will have transportation and signs provided.

 

Fesitval Requirements: Miss Chick and Court must attend Poultry Days activities throughout the weekend. 

Ambassordorship & Rules: Please read ALL rules and requirements on the registration form. 

SPECIAL NOTE: Please SUBMIT A PHOTO in .jpeg format to misschick.vpd@gmail.com. This should be a pocket-sized head and shoulder portrait of yourself (preferably black and white). This is for publicity use only. Please remember that your entry is acceptable without a picture of yourself. Information will be sent to you in late May/early June concerning the pageant upon arrival of your application.
