Versailles Serendipity Mothers OCCL
Dear Exhibitors, Versailles Poultry Days will be celebrating its 57th festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 13 through 15, 2008. The members of the Serendipity Mother’s club would like to invite you to participate in the Commercial Exhibitors or Craft Show tents. We provide large tents divided into 10’ by 10’ booth spaces costing $75 per booth for the first space rented and $50 for each additional space. Our booths do not include tables but electricity is provided. You may bring your own displays and extension cords. Events during this hometown festival include the Miss Chick Contest, 5K run, Bicycle tour, Golf scramble, Kiddie tractor pull, Ultimate Frisbee tournament, rides, food concessions, Social/live entertainment tent, and our World Famous BBQ chicken. There is a parade on Saturday that draws the entire community and an Antique Car Parade on Sunday that is one of the largest in the area. If you are interested in being a part of this celebration, please read all the information enclosed carefully. Fill out and return the application before May 30, 2008. Your application payment will reserve your space. No applications will be accepted after June 1, 2008. We look forward to seeing you at our hometown festival!
