Dear Exhibitors,

Versailles Poultry Days will be celebrating its 60^th festival on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - June 10, 11, & 12, 2011.  The members of the Serendipity Mothers would like to invite you to participate in the Commercial/Craft tent. 

We provide a large tent(s) divided into 10’ by 10’ booth spaces that cost $75 for the first booth rented and $50 for each additional space.  Our booths do not include tables but electricity is available.  You must bring your own displays and extension cords. The location of our tent will be different this year. There have been some changes to the festival site due to the school renovation. We expect the tent to be on asphalt as in the past but there is a slight chance it may be on grass or gravel.

Events during this hometown festival include the Miss Chick & Little Miss Poultry Days Contest, 5K run/walk, bicycle tour, golf scramble, kiddie tractor pull, Ultimate Frisbee tournament, rides, food concessions, social and live entertainment tent and our famous BBQ chicken.  There is a parade on Saturday morning that draws the entire community to the festival. On Sunday there is an antique car parade and it is one of the largest in the area. 

If you are interested in being a part of this celebration, please read all of the information carefully.  Return the signed application and your payment before May 30, 2011. No applications will be accepted after June 1, 2011. An acceptance email or postcard will be sent to your address no later than June 4, 2011 to confirm your space. If we are unable to reserve a booth for you, we will refund your money.
